Those of you who read the article know that Jace was arrested through the ICAC task force. Most ‘net nanny’ stings in WA state are run through MECTF (Missing and Exploited Children Task Force). Different name, same corruption., same focus – money, not children’s safety.
I just wrote all 61 ICAC Task Force offices across the U.S. the same letter. I hope to get some responses. But I’m not holding my breath.
“Hello – I am the mother of the man in the times article. I reached out to each and every one of you when my son was first arrested for assistance to understand exactly what the rules are and aren’t in your jobs. Few of you bothered to get back to me. I did have a conversation with a woman from Las Vegas Nevada who told me they cannot use a picture of an adult to lure men into their sting. Clearly you all can!
The truth is most of your task forces do not follow the guidelines dictated by the DOJ. And before you say it, I wrote the DOJ too, they also don’t care if you follow their rules. At this point what you have built is a money machine. For private prisons, prosecutors, judges, courthouse workers, parole officers, registration administrators, prison concessions, SO therapy groups, defense attorneys, experts, sleazy fundraising companies like O.U.R, QAnon…. the list goes on and on.
It’s an empire.
My question to each and every one of you: Is this really what you set out to do? Does it ever bother you that you prosecute every single person caught in these stings? Do none of you believe in decent human beings anymore? That just maybe…someone would have left if they met a child? Someone would have reported the child to the authorities? Someone would have found their parents? Someone was trying to help a child in need? Where did reasonable doubt go? Innocent until proven guilty? Without actual corroborating evidence, missing from the vast majority in these cases in WA state as well as other states, you all are now the ‘Thought Police’.
I know most of you have good intentions – but you are now just trading potential innocent victims while creating a new group of wrongly convicted citizens. You are not solving the problem – you just moved it around a little.
But I hope for more. From you, our government, our society. I hope to save children from abuse WHILE NOT prosecuting innocent men in the process.

This is a US problem created to deflect attention away from the real sexual predators! Class action suits should be brought to require changes to state laws across the country! No one should be prosecuted without a real victim! No one should be Coerce: compel by force, intimidation, or authority, especially without regard for individual desire or volition: They coerced them into signing the documents.
Most of the men caught in these stings are innocent! This is clearly being perpetrated on innocent men to make money for the prison system!

I came across The NY Times article tonight as I lay in a paralyzed state in my bedroom for the 3rd day, unable to eat, sleep or really even function. My brother was convicted of the exact 2 charges as Jace in Ellensburg on Thursday, September 3, 2020. I am devastated, heartbroken and f’ing OUTRAGED to learn that you and many others have had to endure this also.
There are so many parallels with the details of your son’s story and my brother’s- I am in shock. He was born with some cognitive deficiencies and was suffering from depression. He was in Washington with no family because we are all in Arizona so I’m sure he was lonely also. He is 33, never married. No prior criminal history (Not even a speeding ticket), he waived his Miranda Rights, answered all the questions, they downloaded his entire iPhone, email, social media and found nothing predatory in nature to children or anyone…. prior to this Net Nanny Detective engaging him on an Adult Website. The Female Detective (23) sent photos and many messages and when she said she was 13 via text, he said “What? No Way” and did not text further that night. So she started texting him the next day, calling him a “Flake” and he was foolishly curious- wondering if it was a “Catfish” type situation and I’m sure the ego kicked in and it’s costing him his life- at least that is how it feels at the present moment. The detective that did the interview – they turned into a confession, also manages to coerce him into writing an “Apology Letter”. He told him “it would help him”- after asking him “are you an Opportunist or a Monster?” My brother was so naieve, he just did what they told him to do.
He did not take the plea deal because he would NEVER rape anyone or think of hurting a child. So, I bailed him out of jail and hired an attorney in Dec 2018. I am so mad at myself for believing in our system, that the truth would prevail, that God would protect him.
The jury came back with Guilty verdict on both charges ….in less than one hour. I was/am still in disbelief.
I have to try to do something, this has to be reformed to catch the REAL predators Please contact me.

This mentality that someone can just suddenly become a “child predator” out of no where, just because some skilled police officers tricked them, on an adult site, into playing along with their game is just ridiculous and so pathetic. Either someone is a child predator or they are not. A child predator is someone who preys on children, looks for children to victimize. The predator will use manipulation, fear, guilt, etc., anything they can use to make their victim(s) do what he or she (the predator) wants the victim to do do for him or her (the predator). How is someone a child predator if they are someone who has never preyed on children, someone who has never tried to talk a child or minor into doing something they (the predator) wants?Is that not what a child predator is and does? Is that not what all predators do?
How is it right (and not insane) to be labeling people as this who have never done these things? Who the heck are they protecting???
Most common question or statement: Why did he continue talking to someone who told him she was 13? He should have stopped communication when she said she was 13.
Guess what??? Many have and still ended up as convicted child predators.
It’s just like most people like to think that they would never confess to a crime they did not commit and think it’s ridiculous that anybody would.
Guess what??? It’s been proven many times that police can make just about anybody say just about anything they (the police) want that person to say. They are skilled at manipulation, playing mind games, confusing, and using so many other tactics to get out of people exactly what they want. One of their tactics of course, like all predators, is to target vulnerable individuals, people that will make easy victims for them.
If Jace had stopped communication or said he was not interested, what would have happened, as police have done in most of these cases, is continue to contact him, taunt him, play mind games with him, confuse him, etc. until he gave in. They will continue to reach out to their targets for days and sometimes even months until they get them exactly where they want them. Of course, they don’t present these facts to the public or the juries. In fact, they work hard to keep facts like this hidden. Some police officers have even purposely deleted parts of conversations where their targets (victims) have backed away. Then they act like that part of the conversation never happened. The defendants many times, then don’t have access to their conversations anymore. We’re not sure what happens to them. It’s likely the police have something to do with that.
Law enforcement and prosecutors will do everything they can to keep important information like this hidden and force wrongful convictions. Many defense attorneys are also a part of this scam.
Remember, it’s all about money. There are no real children saved or being protected. I personally think it’s also a part of a cover for real child sex trafficking. They are trying to make it look like they are addressing that problem, when they really are not.
I’m sorry, but it’s insane to defend what they have done and continue to do. I realize most people are just ignorant about a lot of this reality, but I also know there are some that will still defend this insanity. 🤦🏻♀️

I think you are on to something, in that this is likely a cover for real sex trafficking. The law enforcement officers involved here are very closely tied to sketchy religious nonprofit “Operation Underground Railroad”, who apparently “rescue” children in third world countries. They just hired Carlos Rodriguez from the WSP to head their “domestic” operations. The disgusting chat material Rodriguez comes up with leads one to reasonably conclude that he is far more likely to be a child sexual predator than most of the suspects in these cases. I think the police should investigate his relationship with his daugher, who he models his “victims” off of. The man is an absolute psychopath with blood on his hands.

The ICAC task force does not care. We went to court for my son, and April McCray ICAC officer lied under oath when she answered “Yes” to the prosecutor’s question “are the police allowed to bend and break the rules and even violate the laws of the state of Florida to catch a criminal” ( my son was not a criminal). When public (jury) hears anything about the way the police twisted (entrapped) someone this way on an adult site, they don’t understand. To win, you have to have one Great attorney who knows how to handle a courtroom case like these. Remember, everyone is gaining something (money) from these cases. So sad so many young men are having their lives destroyed.

Commendable, but these officials you are writing to are disgustingly sanctimonious, selfrighteous, and power hungry with cruel sadistic intent. Any healthy society would lock THEM up instead of innocents like Jace. These corrupt officials have never been held accountable for their actions, and their hearts are impossible to reach because they simply have none – which is precisely why they have been able to wage this witch hunt. Their gang leader, former Seargeant Carlos Rodriguez, frequently uses details regarding his own daughter to create decoy “girls” for his fantasies. I wouldn’t be surprised if he rapes his own daughter, and zealously pursued this career parth beyond all reason and sanity in order to rid the evil within himself. Its a sadly common psychological complex, and co-morbid with Narcissism, Machiavelliansim, and Sociopathy – the DARK TRIAD personality that makes for “successful” cops and prosecutors. MECTF need to be put on leashes and thrown in prison themselves, to hold them accountable for the lives they destroyed. At the very least, they should be sued until they are so financially eviscerated, they can’t begin to contemplate doing another sting without their hand getting slapped away by some financial watchdog. Unbelievable that this can happen in the United States of America in 2020.

Yeah, I said a long time ago that somebody needed to really look into this guy Carlos Rodriguez. I watched and read some of his interviews. There is something really off about this guy.
We do know for a fact there have been people who have pretended to be “protecting children” and they were the child predators themselves.
There was an officer in Florida (child sexual abuse investigator), who was running this sex sting operation scam (on adult sites), who was caught for being a child predator himself. He had been molesting foster children. Several children came forward about it, and he was charged and convicted.
There have also been stories about a vigilante who supposedly catches “child predators” and posts the videos of himself online, pretending to be a hero “catching child predators”. The decoy he uses that poses as a minor, to help him entrap vulnerable people on adult sites, has accusations of being a child predator/child sexual abuser herself.

There are so many red flags in these sex sting operations cases. They for sure all need to be investigated, as well as everybody behind them. I truly believe it is a part of a cover up for actual child sex trafficking and for actual child predators. I think they’ve purposely tried to create a distraction from the real thing.
We know for a fact that these sex sting operations are money driven. They are trapping vulnerable individuals, forcing wrongful convictions, and falsely labeling them as child predators, while they ignore all facts and reality about where there is actual sex trafficking going on (like at oil business events and other business events that involve people with a lot of money). Not sure why they think any of that is still a secret. Many people are very well aware of that going on, and have been for years.
We know their priority is money, and we know they have ignored real sex trafficking that has been going on for many years, that many people know about. So, it’s logical to assume they are protecting the sex trafficking business because there is a lot of money involved in that. We also know now that there are actual child predators who pretend to be protecting children.
Why wouldn’t anybody want to take a good look at everybody who is behind these sex sting operations? If they have nothing to hide, it shouldn’t be a problem at all. 🤷🏻♀️

If the prosecutors found out Rodriguez was a child predator they’d bury it. They need him intact to testify on 100s of fake cases. That’s 100 times more money for their prison industrial complex. At the end of the day, it’s all business.

I cannot say that Rodriguez is a child predator beyond that he preyed on my own child, and the children of all the wonderful people I have met on this journey. I prefer not to disparage another person without actual proof – unlike the state of WA and many other money hungry vigilante states who allow innocent men to go to prison in their facade of public safety.

Interestly, just because I do sometimes love to entertain for amusement a good cheap conspiracy theory, I googled the undercover cops number in my boyfriends case because it was kept in his contacts list on his Google account. It popped up in one of these bot-generated personal info database leaks and I was able to verify that it came from a malware attack on the website for some fundraiser held at a conservation land facility in aurora Colorado. Lots of rich people there too the home values were all listed for these people with dates they attended this thing. Gotta wonder what goes on there. 🙂

My heart breaks for you. My son is sitting in jail now waiting for his new attorney to let him know if there is any chance of going to trial and winning. We need to contact the Justice Reform group – Jared Kushner’s group. His father was in prison – this is what prompted him to get involved in Reform. Does anyone know how to get to him/them?

Police use tactics like this all the time and not just for this kind of stuff. I remember driving at night in a small mountain town in Northern California and I noticed the cop in front of me was swerving onto the shoulder and back and onto the shoulder again. It dawned on me that he was trying to get me to do the same so that he could pull me over in hopes that he could give me a DUI. But guess what? I hadn’t drank before I got in my car and I knew what he was trying to do!
Police reform is much needed now more than ever. Google “Cops and Ketamine” for another epidemic happening now within the police force!

If you’re an attorney, all I can say is please hire a really good INVESTIGATOR and drill down on the detectives, ICAC, MECTF, OJJDP, they are all in it together. Also look in to the 20-30 extra personnel they bring in to help out with surveillance, putting cameras in the trees at the pre trap house, prosecutors who plan with them and hang out at the trap house, numerous other law enforcement. Run forensics on the phones and computers. Lead detectives here have altered text messages, deleted texts, lost email basically they break every and all rules. The bank on you being in such a state of shock. You know your loved one is not a pedophile and would never harm a child. But the detectives lie and lure innocent men in to their pre planned operation. Before your client ever showed up they had it all planned out down to the charges and the press releases. It is disgusting the way they all stand up there in their uniforms and they know they are lying dishonest psychopaths. They know they are ruining lives and they don’t care because they are having the time of their life. They get off on this. One guy was telling the 20 year olds…youre not who we’re looking for but we’re going to mess your life up…..like I said, They get off on this…..they laugh at the families in court.

Can anyone help me? im currently being accused of this. I was on a dating app that was full of scammers that say weird stuff, i talk dirty to them as a sick joke(imagine having to work that hard for money you have to read this stuff,humorous to me:( ) anyways one of them was like im 14 im like w/e continued to play my jokes. when it came time to “meet” i said shit like if ur really a 14 yr old u need to be careful someone could like kidnap you and deleted the app, finished work picked my gf up and went home like every other normal day. a few days later the same person im fucking with them again now they are trying to get me to bring drugs so i was like ya know fuck this im not about to ruin my life for a 14 yr old dueces. next day at work i get kidnapped by marshalls held on 75k bond. im 27 in memphis i have a gf of 5 years thats still with me because this is some bs and shes amazing. my family has my back and so does my employer. i hangout at my girlfriends dog grooming place and help her wash dogs sometimes and theres underage girls there all the time, do i ever hit on them or anything FUCK NO! why would i trade underformed boobies and booty for the amzing one i already have. i was simply clowning around and got fked
