I’ve just added a new article to this webpage about a man who voiced an opinion on Facebook. He was arrested for his comments. The similarity struck me not only in how words were taken from a man using his right to speak his mind, but also that again police have overblown anothers free speech words.

Like lots of Americans, Robert Frese is not shy about expressing his views on the internet. Last year, in a comment on a newspaper’s Facebook page, he said a New Hampshire police officer who had given him a traffic citation was “a dirty cop.” The police chief, Mr. Frese added, was a coward who had covered up the matter.
Now, some of you may say since this was pointed at a specific person, actually two people, that this doesn’t correlate with police and prosecutors trapping young, naive men invoking their 4th amendment rights to free speech. Yet both of these scenarios, on social sites, are instances when someone is speaking out in what they feel is a ‘user safe’ space. Unfortunately that is not the case in this country. So I can see that point BUT…

So-called comedian Michelle Wolf bombed so badly last year at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner that this year, for the first time in decades, they will have an author instead of a comedian. Good first step in comeback of a dying evening and tradition! Maybe I will go?

Our president uses social media to attack people (among other things) on a regular basis. Right? Have the police gone to arrest him when he calls people names, calls them liars, slams their actions?

Wolf responded to the insult less than two hours later with a short barb that attacked both Mr. Trump and the first lady Melania Trump. “I bet you’d be on my side if I had killed a journalist. #BeBest,” wrote the comedian.
So if you are not within the government or law enforcement, and use social media to express your opinions about someone….then you can be arrested for it. But when the government or law enforcement makes derogatory, inflammatory, libel comments about certain citizens? Or post names and photos of people BEFORE their trials with a caption of ‘Child Predator Arrests’? Like:

“The arrests stemming from Operation Net Nanny resulted in the capture of those seeking out very young and very vulnerable children for sexual exploitation and contact,” Whatcom County Sheriff Bill Elfo said.

There are other places in the world where citizens who speak out about police, prosecutors and government can be arrested – while those in power need not worry about persecution – we usually think of those places as ‘the enemy’ – now we are our own enemies.
Translate :Guilty until proven innocent. I can’t fathom any other ‘crime’ that gets this kind of coverage while exposing individuals and 100 percent indicating ALL are guilty without a reasonable doubt. Scare the public and you’re sure to get a guilty verdict during trial. Let the funding keep on coming.

We have hard proof of police corruption, but we can’t get a lawyer in Midland, TX to participate in exposing this corruption at the trial. It’s already public knowledge that TX DPS is very corrupt. They currently have an ongoing lawsuit for corruption. Our video is more proof of their corruption.
The corrupt lawyers and other corrupt individuals who work in this system keep doing everything they can to keep this hidden. They have consistently and desperately tried to keep this hidden from the court, and they certainly don’t want a jury to see this because it will keep them from getting the conviction they desperately need and want. The best the lawyer can come up with is that it’s not a good idea to use this video because the officer calls the defendant dishonest. It’s crystal clear that the only one being dishonest and desperate to get what he wants is the psychopath officer who pretends to do a lie detector test and creates lies to get what he wants. It’s pretty darn bad, and it’s very clear!
Pointing these facts out, apparently, makes me crazy and makes us non compliant. So, the lawyer filed a motion to withdraw as counsel. The motion was granted because we’re trouble makers.
I don’t mind living up to the labels they place on me. I’m not going to stop speaking up about their corruption until they are held accountable for it.
These are some very evil people we are dealing with here. Please read about the TX DPS corruption lawsuit. They are the evil predators that others need to be protected from. Please pray for us.
It’s unvelievable that we have this going on in our country.
These evil people hide behind Christianity. They are cowards and hypocrites.
