Could have’s come in all forms – from regret, finger pointing, reminiscing, etc.
But rarely do ‘COULD HAVES’ land you in prison!
This is what is currently happening in a number of states, including Washington State.
Apparently our law enforcement, prosecutors, and state governors have taken upon themselves to proclaim that you can be arrested, tried, convicted and incarcerated for no crime at all.
In this United States, where innocent until proven guilty is our motto, land of the free actually meant something. It was NEVER against the law, let alone something you could be tried for, to think about something illegal. Nor even taking what is now considered a ‘substantial step’.
Say you were poor, your family hungry, at your wits end. You decide to rob a bank using your finger in a pocket as a fake gun. You drive to a bank, walk in, and see the everyday people going about their lives. You consider what this will do to them, and you realize you are not a criminal – you turn around and walk out. Could you be arrested, tried, convicted of this? Never. Even though you actually DID consider, even plan it.
Yet right now, in this country, law enforcement, prosecutors and judges are convicting people on a text/email conversation ALONE! How is this possible? Money – the root of all evil – is the bottom line.
IT IS NOT TO KEEP YOU SAFE – BUT THEY WILL SAY THAT SO THAT YOU DON’T OBJECT TO INFRINGEMENT OF OTHERS CIVIL RIGHTS!!
There is really no limit to what the public wont do if a claim is made that our country, our children, are in danger.
Even incarcerate people who did NOT go online looking for a minor, did NOT answer a personal ad for solicitation or sexual abuse. Did NOT take a substantial step or even think about committing a crime!
This is real, this is happening now. What will they do next? Arrest you for a dream?

I will definitely be reaching out to them. Someone needs to definitely come investigate our criminal justice system in Midland, TX , and/or expose the major corruption going on here. I have very clear video evidence of the police creating huge lies to make someone look like the child predator they need him to be, to get the conviction they so desperately need and want. Can’t find a lawyer here who will use this hard core evidence of police corruption here to expose them and show how they create the lies they need to get what they want (as many convictions as they can). They’re all in on it, and it definitely has to be all about the money.
“We can’t disrespect the police.” So, we must just shut up about this video evidence we have that clearly shows how they create the lies they need, to get what they want.
Not only are they creating the crimes, by pretending to be catching predators who prey on children (on adult sites), some of these idiots take it even further and still create more lies on top of that to make sure they can get the convictions they desperately want and need, to get the money, of course.
I’m sure the greedy bastards involved in this corruption here are all very upset now with the first idiot lawyer (court appointed) who handed the video evidence over after he was reported to the State Bar for being consistently dishonest, extremely unprofessional, and not doing his job. Idiot probably never even watched it. Otherwise, I’m sure he would not have handed it over. I’m sure he was only trying to cover his own butt.
The prosecutor had either never watched it before either, or she is just as evil and doesn’t give a damn if this person is a true predator or not. She just needs that conviction for her own selfish purpose too. Not sure if she still intends to use this huge lie clearly created by police, to prosecute this case, but I know for sure that she did intend on using this huge lie before I wrote to her and pointed out that it was very shameless of her to intend to use a huge lie that was very clearly created by a psychopath officer. There is no reason why she would be unaware of that. Anyone that watches the video can clearly see it. No doubt about what was done there. It’s that bad. And yes, I wrote to her about it because it was clear that the lawyer had not talked to her about it and was not going to. That’s the level of corruption we are dealing with here.
After that, the lawyer filed a motion to withdraw as counsel because he was upset about that. He had made it clear that we should not bring that up because “we can’t disrespect the police.” We just needed to shut up and do what he and what his insane private investigator demanded, including paying more than double what it costs to get an expert witness, who could only be used for the punishment phase of the trial (Apprently not allowed to be used to help determine guilt or innocence) [another big lie], and who would focus on other things that had nothing to do with the actual charge, obviously to keep the focus off of the huge lie police created and to keep us from speaking up about that.
The bottom line is that we obviously have too many people working in our system who have criminal minds themselves. Giving them this kind of power to do things like this is incredibly irresponsible and insane! How much more proof do we need that shows that we have way too many incredibly irresponsible and abusive people working in our system, who are using our system to abuse others for the sole purpose of feeding their own selfish desires and sick egos??!! It’s insane to support giving them this kind of power (using entrapment). The proof is there! There are too many who will abuse it. They are violating civil rights and getting away with it. That’s just so wrong for this country! It’s incredibly unbelievable and embarrassing to have things like this going on in this country. It’s completely against what we should stand for. What would our founding fathers think of this?
